Spring Break California!!!

We had the best Spring Break!! We drove to Las Vegas and stayed the night. We went to the M&M Factory and all the other kid places on the strip. The next day we drove to California. We went to Disneyland for 2 days, the beach for 3 days and the last stop was lunch at the American Girl Restaurant.

It was a great trip! All the girls had something liked the most. Claire LOVED getting autographs from the characters. Anytime we thought we lost her we'd find her in line for a signature. It was so cute! The twins really liked the beach! They could have stayed there all day every day. Bella had a lot of fun at the American Girl Restaurant. You can tell from her smile in all the pictures.

And of course we all loved that grandpa came! What a blessing that he was able to come and go on all the rides with us!

On the way home we stayed in St George with Maurene. 

It was such a fun week!!

Fiddler On The Roof

II was such a proud mom watching them. They worked so hard. Practicing in the early mornings as well as late after school. They did this for 3 months. 

I love watching them preform!

Bella Time

I don't always get time alone with Bella so when I do I soak it all in. Today we were able to go to the theater tech expo at the Salt Palace because of Laura Lee. It was so much fun to walk around and se all the cool stuff. When we were done we stopped for a treat at Blue Lemon and Bella tried on one of the survivors she picked up.

Work + Fun

I was feeling blessed today, because I booked a small role in a commercial that shot in NSL and only took 2 hours. So I was able to make a little money and still take the twins to the park after kindergarten.

I've been so blessed!

Twin Life

I had an early morning so I asked the twins to set their clothes out so the would be able to go in the morning when dad took them to school.

I just had to laugh when I came in and saw this. Just like their personalities. Bre had laid hers out perfectly and Syd just threw hers in a ball on the floor.

Oh they make me smile!

Star of the week

Bre was so adorable being star of the week. 

She loved it!

I am so proud of her. She's catching on to everything she learns at school. Her teacher even wrote a nice letter about what a great student both she and Syd are.

Oh how I love her and wish I could keep her home next year.

Selling Eggs

The kids have started to sell the chickens eggs. We've had so many orders already! Uncle Garrett said he would give them $50 for a dozen eggs if they gave him hugs!

So of course that was a priority for them.

This will be a fun little way to earn money through the summer.

Selfies

Love and Logic

Seth and I finished taking the Love and Logic parenting classes. If we could remember everything they taught us that would be even better!

At least we tried.

Boise

Seth had a conference in Boise so he took the twins and sayed with Kelli for a few days. Then Claire and Bella and I went that weekend to see Jayden get the priesthood. It was a great experience since now the girls have seen Camden, Luke and Jayden.

We had a lot of fun! WE watched Jayden in a few basketball tournaments and just hung out and played/

Grandpa Lunch

Grandpa took all these cute kids out to lunch! I wish Bella had been with us that weekend. They are so lucky to have him.

Happy Valentine's Day 2016!

Seth gave all of us letters. They are my absolute favorite thing! I hope the girls will cherish these as the get older.

Claire worked really hard on her valentine box at the Day's house and she wanted lots of pictures to remember it.

Homeless Kids

I just wanted to capture a picture Bre looking how Bella used to dress. 

My kids love their sweatpants. Whenever I try and convince them to wear something else they say "but these are so comfortable".

Claire's Baptism

Claire's baptism was wonderful! She was so excited! She had so many people there and that made her feel loved. Even the Sumsions came and Kelli and Hailee surprised us by driving down when we didn't think they would be able to come.

She requested a pasta bar. Which we forgot to take pictures of. but it turned out great!

Final Day In Court......Maybe

This was the day we had been waiting for. The commissioner seemed to see through all of Kenny's tricks. He was trying to say I was in contempt of court but also asking for a modification. Rob slammed it right out of the park. She ruled that I wasn't in contempt (which we knew) and she scolded Kenny!! It was awesome!!

She told him to stop calling the police because it was doing was making Bella believe that it was her fault. And cause her to be in counseling when she's 25. She told him to stop calling during the week because frankly she doesn't want to talk to him. It was awesome! She told him the decree was not ambiguously written. It says the pick up time was evening, evening doesn't mean 1:30pm or 3:30pm. Evening means 5:00pm or later. And that he is the only one who can pick her up- no girlfriends!

It felt so good to have him lose for once. 

I just wish this meant everything was over. But I know him so I'm sure it's not. But at least I can enjoy this feeling for a little bit.
