Talent Night

Tonight was the ward talent show and my friends talked me into doing a lip sync with them. We chose the song "I will survive". It was so much fun! I dusted off the old afro from my woods cross days, and everyone who saw my first performance back then will be happy to know that I think I've improved. My friends daughter told her she looked beautiful in her wig. My daughter started laughing and said "mommy you look funny". My nephews Luke and Camden used their light savers and preformed a scene from Star wars. It was such a fun night!!

Special Needs Mutual

Tonight Seth and I went to see the Bountiful special needs mutual put on their annual road show. My cute brother Paul played Spence W Kimball. He did a great job! (Jan did too). I also noticed that Stacia was there. I didn't get time to talk to her, but everyone who knows her, will love to hear that her part was a dancer. She was in the scene when Spencer Kimball goes to New Zealand and the locals preform a dance for him. I didn't get a picture of Stacia though. Just picture her dancing like crazy with black war paint on her face. The whole thing was so awesome. At the end one guy sang, "I am a child of God". You couldn't help but be touched. It was great!!

9 Years Later

This morning we had a high school reunion of sorts and had breakfast at Lindsay's house. (Her house is awesome, by the way!).
The picture from left to right (Bella, Layla Muller, Ivy Moore, Jaci Moss, Ruby Muller). These kids are getting bigger every day and so much fun. I can't believe we're all 27 and that Soni has a kindergartner!

swim time

Yesterday I took Bella swimming at the new rec. center in Bountiful. This child has no fear. It only took her a matter of minutes to jump off the side of the pool into the 6 foot part. She went totally under and I thought I was going to stop breathing. Scared me to death. My friends claim I was fast in getting her but it felt like slow motion. It didn't seem to phase her though she just kept trying new things and going all over. Needless to say when we left I signed her up for swim lessons.

my first blog

So I'm finally starting to catch up to the rest of the world and start my own blog. Is that even how you phrase it? Anyway, it's been so fun to read all of my friends who keep theirs going and I thought this would be fun to stay in touch with everyone. I asked Seth last night if he'd ever heard of starting a blog and he told me he started a blog 3 years ago. So I guess I'm a little behind. Hopefully this will help.
