Getting to Sweden Day 1

Getting to Sweden was pretty much my worst nightmare. We flew from Salt Lake to Las Vegas and then Vegas to Los Angels and then  Los Angeles and then to Sweden. But our flight was delayed in Vegas for over an hour. WE knew we would still have to get our luggage in Vegas and then make it through security and everything to the plane. After much crying, praying and talking to Southwest and our families we decided to just hope for the best and go without luggage. 

When we got to LAX I ran as fast as I could to get to the airline which happened to be all the way at the other end of where we were. I made it and then was able to check us all in. Seth and the girls ran all the way as well. WE all met at the same time and then ran to security. That line was so long. I knew we would never make it if we waited. So we basically asked our way through every person to get to the front. Almost everyone was nice except the very last person. We made it in time and then of course had to wait another 45 minutes before we could board. It was the worst. but we made it!

When we got there my dad and Jan were waiting for us. What a welcome site. We didn't have any luggage to wait for so we went straight to their apartment and then shopping at H&M for new clothes. Luckily we were able to find a few deals and enough to get us by until we got our luggage. 

Bella's Last Day of Elementary

This was not as emotional as I thought it would be. More the days leading up to it were hard. She was so excited! I was in charge of decorating and food so I got to be there before and watch them practice for it.

Ater school she walked to Fiiz with some friends and then went to a party that night. She had lots of fun!

It's crazy to think she will be starting jr high in a few months.

Career Day

Claire put a lot of thought into career day this year. She really wanted to go as president of the United States. Bella helped her with her outfit but everything else was her own idea. She'd be great because she has the drive, determination and loves power and control. 

Oh we love her!

Learning how to mow the lawn

Seth taught Bella how to mow the lawn and she did a great job!

Claire's job at the Homeless Shelter

Claire booked a job for a company who makes lice removal products and donates them to homeless shelters. It wasn't actually filmed at a homeless shelter. It was filmed at Brighton ski resort lodge. She did a great job as always! And I loved having time alone with her. We went to Noodles & Co after.

Sleeping On The Tramp

The girls begged me to sleep on the tramp with them so since Seth had a scout camp over nighter I said it was a good time. We had a great time but missed dad and Bella.

Spring Sports

Bella has been back at golf lessons and the twins have loved soccer. For some reason I only got pictures of Bre and not Syd. But they both did a great job all season.

Amy Practitioner job

I booked a fun job working with Gavin Bentley again. This was fun because we filmed on a farm. The last time he hired me it was for SLCC. It was fun! I always enjoy doing things I would normally never get the chance to do- like work on a farm.

Spring Break 2017

Last year for Spring Break we were in California. This year was pretty laid back. Bella was with Kenny most of the time and we stayed home. It was actually pretty nice and relaxing. We slept in, watched tv, cleaned, went to a movie went bowling, played with friends and overall just had a good time. Seth was able to come home during the day sometimes and go to the movie and bowling with us which was great!

I told the girls I loved being with them and having them home all day. It was really fun- but I think we'll all be ready for school to start and to get back to regular life again on Monday.

Amy Zions Bank Commercial

I booked a fun job for Zion's bank. When I auditioned I was the only one there, so I kind of figured I got it because no one auditioned. But after speaking to some people on set I learned there were actually a lot of people who tried out so it was a big deal that I beat so many people out for it. So that was good. And I got to work with Scott Featherstone which is always fun and pays well.

Grandpa and Grandma in Sweden

My dad and Jan left to work in the temple for 6 months, this morning. Last night we had a family dinner and then today me and the twins took them to the airport. It was sad to see them go and Bre said as we pulled away "I miss them already". but we know they'll be back soon and we'll get to see them in 2 months. I was able to find a pretty good deal on flight and I've booked a lots of acting and modeling jobs lately so that has helped.

Wonderful Sunday

Today was a great Sunday. Church like normal, I took a nice nap and Seth and the girls went on a walk, dinner then another walk ending up talking t friends followed by reading a book to the girls in our bed. The only thing that would have been better would be if Bella was here.

I just feel so thankful to be a mom and cherish every day I have with the girls.

I love my family so much!

School Musical 2017

This year all the girls were in the school musical Seussical Jr. Bella was a bird girl and the other three were who's. They had a blast and it was so fun watching them all be in a play together! I was thankful I could help with the behind the scenes stuff and get to know their friends too.
